METHOD OF DELIVERY

Domestic shipments will be made via FedEx Ground or, when necessary, UPS.

SHIPPING COSTS

There is NO SHIPPING CHARGE for orders over $150.00 USD when shipped within the continental United States. Orders totaling under $150.00 will incur a shipping charge, which can be estimated at any time.

Orders outside of the continental US will incur a shipping charge. We recommend that you phone us to request a frieght quote. In most situations, our online shipping calculator will accurately estimate your total shipping charges. Please note, however, that due to the variables involved with international freight, there may be a slight difference in actual freight charge -- in which case, we will contact you. In many cases, the FedEx shipping calculator may overestimate the cost of shipping; our volume discount

WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT DELIVERY?

Orders are shipped within 72 hours. Whenever possible, please order before twelve noon (EST) to save one day shipping time. Call toll free 800-333-9005 to confirm product availability, shipping information and any additional charges for special delivery.

NEW CLAIMS HANDLING

Please count and inspect your order IMMEDIATELY upon arrival. Freight companies will no longer pay for any claims made past 7 days from the date of shipment! Any damage found after this 7 day period will be the customers responsibility. You must keep all the shipping boxes, packing material and the damaged items for the carrier to inspect before any reimbursement or credit will be made to your account.

Credit will be given only after the product is received and inspected at our IFP warehouse.
CAUTION: Be sure to re-package product carefully so it is secure and will not be damaged in transport. We recommend that you insure your return shipment to protect yourself in case of damage.

RETURNS

The CUSTOMER is responsible for all shipping charges for returns.

In addition to the above return shipping charges, there is a 35% restocking fee on ALL items returned.

Customer must receive a return authorization code from Indoorflowerpots.com prior to returning items. Items without a return authorization will not be accepted. Call 800-333-9005 to receive authorization code.

Customers have 15 days from the date of invoice to contact Indoorflowerpots.com for a return authorization. All sales are final after 15 days.

Containers must be unused and free of soil to receive a refund. Used containers WILL NOT be accepted for return, nor will credit be awarded if containers are used or damaged. It is the responsibility of the buyer to properly package all returns with original packaging materials and insure the product for return shipping. Indoorflowerpots.com accepts NO responsibility for damage to items during return shipping.

All ceramic flower pot sales are final. Returns are not accepted for ceramic pots.
